Our Story
Built by people who hired the gap for 20 years.
CoreSmart was not built by academics who theorised a problem. It was built by two people who spent two decades placing technology talent - and watched organisations commission AI courses that changed nothing about how their teams delivered.
Years in Technology Talent
Having placed thousands of Business Analysts and Developers across North America ,Canada and India, founders Rajiv Khattar and Pranav Sood bring decades of industry hiring expertise to CoreSmart.
Tracks. Zero Generic Certificates.
BA Track - 10 weeks. Developer Track - 17 weeks. Every week ends with a named, deployable project your organisation keeps.
Named Projects Across Both Tracks
Not exercises. Not demos. Artefacts that prove capability - built in live cohorts, verified by practitioners.
Maximum Seats Per Cohort
Capped deliberately. Every developer and every BA gets direct instructor attention. Quality over scale.

Why We Built CoreSmart AI
20+ Years of Hiring Experience
Rajiv Khattar and Pranay Sood have led technology staffing and recruitment practices for over two decades. During this time, they placed thousands of Business Analysts and Software Developers across India's IT services, BFSI, and consulting industries.
The real gap wasn't AI tools—it was execution. Organisations were asking for AI delivery capability, while candidates only had certificates instead of practical deployment experience.
The CoreSmart Insight
After speaking with leading EdTech providers, one thing became clear: graduates understood AI concepts but struggled to build production-ready solutions.
CoreSmart AI was created to solve this exact problem by focusing on practical use cases, deployable projects, governance, and AI systems that businesses actually need.
Organisations were asking for AI delivery capability in job requirements. Candidates came with certificates, but not the artefacts that companies actually needed—governance packs, AI agent specifications, production-ready prototypes, and deployable AI systems.
The Founders
Two decades of hiring gave us one insight.
Rajiv Khattar
For over 20 years, Rajiv has helped organisations across the USA, Canada, and India hire thousands of Business Analysts, Developers, and technology professionals through Agama Solutions. Having worked at the intersection of talent, technology, and business transformation, he witnessed a growing disconnect between conventional AI training and actual workplace performance. CoreSmart was built to close that gap — equipping professionals with the practical AI skills, business thinking, and execution capabilities that modern employers truly value. View on LinkedIn
Pranav Sood
Pranav co-built Agama Solutions over two decades, helping organisations across the USA, Canada, and India hire Business Analysts, Developers, and technology professionals at scale. His vantage point - reviewing thousands of job requirements and seeing where candidates consistently fell short - gave CoreSmart its founding discipline: build the programme from the job requirement backwards, not from a syllabus forwards. Every CoreSmart deliverable maps directly to skills and outcomes employers actively seek.

What Makes CoreSmart Different
Three things no other programme offers together.
Built from the hiring side, not the academic side
The founders have read the job requirements. They know what organisations ask for when they say "AI-capable BA" or "AI-ready Developer." The curriculum is designed from that requirement backwards - not from a syllabus forwards.
Instructors who are currently building what they teach
A former GenAI Coach at Google who is currently advising AI startups. A CTO who shipped AI at Audible and Twitch. A Data Scientist currently at Siemens. Not recorded content from 2022. Live instruction from people in the room right now.
Artefacts the organisation receives back
27 named projects across both tracks. A governance pack. A working Copilot Studio prototype. An adversarial evaluation harness. An A2A-compatible deployed agent. Things the organisation can read, evaluate, and use - not a certificate the individual hangs on a wall.
