1. Consulting and Professional Services
Payments made for consulting, advisory, implementation, recruitment support, workforce solutions, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered at Coresmart.ai's sole discretion, less any administrative or processing costs incurred.
2. Training Programs and Workshops
Refund requests for paid training programs or workshops must be submitted in writing.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, we'll refund 100% of your payment.
- Transfer requests may be made to a future session, where available.
- No refunds will be provided after 14 days.
3. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital content, downloadable materials, templates, recordings, reports, guides, and similar digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.
4. Subscription Services
If Coresmart.ai offers subscription-based services, users may cancel future renewals at any time.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Service Delivery Issues
If Coresmart.ai is unable to deliver a purchased service due to circumstances within our control, we may:
- Reschedule the service.
- Provide service credits.
- Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds may be granted where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
